Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand and fulfill current and future staffing needs.
- Use diverse sourcing techniques like job boards, social media, and networking to attract candidates.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines and anticipate future hiring needs.
- Cultivate relationships with external recruiting agencies and talent sources.
- Partner with HR team to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and ensure compliance.
- Utilize HRIS and ATS systems for recruitment metrics and data-driven decision-making.
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on recruitment activities and progress.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or similar role, preferably in EdTech.
- Strong grasp of recruitment practices, interviewing techniques, and candidate assessment.
- Proficiency with ATS and other HR software.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
