Drive recruitment strategy, build a strong talent pipeline, manages hiring processes, and ensures a great candidate experience. Collaborates with teams to identify and hire top talent in the industry.
  1. Source potential candidates through online (e.g., social platforms, job boards) and offline channels (e.g., career fairs, referrals).
  2. Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  3. Conduct interviews using various recruiting tools to assess skills and cultural fit.
  4. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
  5. Manage offer process, including negotiating salary packages.
  6. Maintain candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  7. Develop relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
