Sales Trainer

Seeking an experienced Sales Trainer to design and deliver impactful training programs that enhance sales performance and align with company goals. Requires expertise in sales techniques, CRM systems, and effective communication skills.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and implement tailored sales training programs and materials.
    • Conduct training sessions, workshops, and webinars for new and existing sales representatives.
    • Collaborate with sales leadership to assess training needs and prioritize initiatives.
    • Coach sales representatives to enhance selling techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement.
    • Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and performance metrics.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and sales techniques to improve training content.
    • Align sales training with company objectives by collaborating with internal stakeholders.
    • Utilize learning management systems (LMS) to manage training programs and track progress. 

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Marketing, or related field.
    • Proven experience as a Sales Trainer or in a similar role, preferably in EdTech or technology.
    • Strong grasp of sales techniques, CRM systems, and sales methodologies.
    • Excellent presentation and communication skills, adept at motivating learners.
