- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement tailored sales training programs and materials.
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and webinars for new and existing sales representatives.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to assess training needs and prioritize initiatives.
- Coach sales representatives to enhance selling techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and performance metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends and sales techniques to improve training content.
- Align sales training with company objectives by collaborating with internal stakeholders.
- Utilize learning management systems (LMS) to manage training programs and track progress.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Trainer or in a similar role, preferably in EdTech or technology.
- Strong grasp of sales techniques, CRM systems, and sales methodologies.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, adept at motivating learners.
