Provides guidance to students on course selection, career paths, and academic planning. Requires strong knowledge of educational programs, excellent communication skills, and a passion for student success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Education Consultants to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and improve team performance.
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback, coaching, and support to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Ensure excellent customer service by maintaining high standards of client interaction and satisfaction.
